At Perth Golf Centre, you can practice with the same technology the PGA Professionals use on Tour, located in the heart of Perth!
At Perth Golf Centre we offer 2 indoor bays with Trackman 4 technology, all available to the public to use 7 days per week!
Our studio is situated at the incredible Western Australian Golf Club and provides you with all of the tools you need to improve your game.
What to expect when you arrive?
When you book a Trackman practice session you will be greeted by one of the friendly staff members at PGC. They will take you down to your own reserved bay and sign you in or create a profile on our Trackman Studio.
(Note it’s always good to download the Trackman app as well, to keep all your data in one place and make it easier to login at the studio)
Once you’re setup, they will run you through some basic information on the system and show you how to change clubs, toggle between screens, view videos, see impact location and of course, where you need to place the ball so Trackman reads the data.
You will have access to all of the features on Trackman including the driving range (shot analysis), testing section, on course practice and even fun games to finish off the session. You even have the ability to see videos after every swing from 3 different angles. How good is that!

AI-Powered TrackMan Analysis
TrackMan now combines its trusted ball and club data with advanced AI-powered swing analysis. This gives our coaches a clearer picture of how your body, club and ball are working together and helps us explain what is happening in a simple, visual way.
AI Motion Analysis
TrackMan’s AI Motion Analysis automatically identifies key body joints and club positions throughout your swing. It detects each stage of the swing from setup through to the finish and creates dynamic overlays that move with you.
This allows your coach to quickly assess areas such as:
- Posture and body movement
- Shoulder, hip and arm positions
- Hand and clubhead movement
- Swing plane and shaft position
- Changes between your backswing and downswing
Rather than spending time manually drawing lines on a video, the technology produces detailed visual feedback within seconds. This means more lesson time can be spent helping you understand the movement and make meaningful improvements.
Markerless 3D Motion Analysis
TrackMan’s latest software can also create a three-dimensional model of the golfer’s movement without requiring sensors or markers to be attached to the body.
By combining body movement with club delivery and ball-flight data, we can better identify the cause-and-effect relationship within your swing. You can see not only what the ball did, but how your movement and club delivery produced that result.
Tracy – TrackMan’s AI Assistant
Tracy is TrackMan’s AI-powered performance assistant. It reviews patterns across your shots, including trajectory, accuracy, shot shape, distance and dispersion, before identifying the area that may have the greatest impact on your performance.
Tracy does not replace the knowledge of your PGA Professional. Instead, it provides another layer of analysis that helps your coach identify priorities, explain the findings and build a more focused improvement plan.
